一、ASTM A301L介紹:
ASTM A301L超低碳鋼,比301耐晶間腐蝕性能好。ASTM A301L是在301鋼基礎(chǔ)上,降低C含量,改善焊口的抗晶界腐蝕性;通過添加N元素來彌補含C量降低引起的強度不足,保證鋼的強度。
二、ASTM A301L應(yīng)用和特性:
ASTM A301L耐熱性能
良好的抗氧化性能可保持到溫度高達840°C(如果是間歇使用的狀態(tài))及900°C(如果是連續(xù)使用的狀態(tài))。暴露于400°C以上會造成加工硬化效果的逐漸喪失,800°C時強度相當于退火的301。在蠕變條件下,加工硬化的301強度甚至?xí)陆档降陀谕嘶鸬?01。
ASTM A301L典型應(yīng)用:軌道車輛結(jié)構(gòu)部件 -- 滾壓成形、折彎成形或拉伸成形制成型材,也采用板材。飛機機身、公路拖車、汽車輪轂蓋、雨刮器夾持器具、烤面包機彈簧、爐子夾具、屏幕框架、幕墻等。

圓鼎小知識(固溶作用
鋼中合金碳化物的析出與溶解
鋼中C是所含合金元素之一,其除能起到一點強化作用之外,對耐蝕性是不利的,特別是C與Cr形成碳化物時,作用更壞,應(yīng)力求減少它的存在。為此,依據(jù)C在奧氏體中隨溫度不同而變化的特性,即在高溫時溶解度大,低溫時溶解度小。有資料報導(dǎo),C在奧氏體中的溶解度在1200℃時為0.34%;1000℃時為0.18%,而600℃時為0.02%,室溫時則更少。所以將鋼加熱到高溫,使C-Cr化合物充分溶解,再快速冷卻,讓其來不及析出,保證鋼的耐蝕性,特別是耐晶間腐蝕性。

奧氏體鋼如果在500-900℃區(qū)間長時間加熱,或鋼中加入Ti、Nb、Mo等元素時,都會促進σ相析出,使鋼增加脆性和降低耐蝕性,消除σ相的手段也是在高于其可能析出溫度使其溶解,再快速冷卻,防止再析出。
 
工藝:
在標準中,推薦加熱溫度范圍較寬:1000~1150℃,通常采用1020-1080℃。考慮具體牌號成分,是鑄件還是鍛件等情況,在允許范圍內(nèi),適當調(diào)節(jié)加熱溫度。加熱溫度低,C-Cr碳化物不能充分溶解,溫度太高,也存在晶粒長大,降低耐蝕性問題。
 
冷卻方式:應(yīng)以較快速度冷卻,防止碳化物再析出。在我國及其它一些國家標準中,標明固溶化后“快冷” ,綜合不同文獻資料和實踐經(jīng)驗,“快”的尺度可按如下情況掌握:
• 含C量≥0.08%的;含Cr量>22%、Ni量較高的;含C量雖<0.08%,但有效尺寸>3mm的,應(yīng)水冷;
• 含C量<0.08%、尺寸<3mm,可風冷;
• 有效尺寸≤0.5mm的可空冷
 
七、ASTM A301L加工處理和焊接性能:
ASTM A301L所有標準的焊接方法都適用。建議使用308L填充。ASTM A301L需要高強度的場合。它的加工硬化率很高, 大約14MPa/%Ra(每1%冷加工減面率,抗拉強度增加14MPa),因此通過冷軋和冷成型可達到很高的強度。其金相結(jié)構(gòu)中至少有一部分應(yīng)變硬化的奧氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轳R氏體。301盡管強度高,但仍有足夠的殘余延展性進行大量的冷成形。其退火狀態(tài)下無磁性,但冷加工后有很強磁性。
